Capoeira

CardioDance

The Dancer's Workout
After a thorough jazz and ballet-based warm-up, this class progresses to a non-stop, high-energy workout incorporating hip-hop, aerobic funk, jazz, and modern dance. Line Dance
Boot Scoot Boogie, Electric Slide and more... you'll be tapping your toes, swinging your arms and steppin' to an eclectic blend of dance music in no time! Nia
Nia is an expressive workout that blends dance with the martial and healing arts. You will strengthen, stretch, open and balance your body while dancing to eclectic music from all over the world. A wonderful combination of exercise, fun and spirituality, Nia builds community and brings profound joy to many people! In thelunch-time class, we'll energize and relieve stress by moving gently and stretching for 45 minutes, then end with a body-centered meditation to ground and focus. You'll return to your day refreshed and clear - without needing a shower! If you only have time for the movement, you can leave before the meditation. Pilates Mat
The Pilates Method was originally developed for rehabilitation purposes but has become a favorite of dancers for its effectiveness in promoting flexibility and long, lean muscles. The floor exercises focus on strengthening the body’s core through precise movement, spinal alignment and integration of the breath. T'ai-Chi (Chen-Style)
Taijiquan (T'ai-Chi Chüan) is a martial art and exercise for overall well-being and conditioning—a system of meditative yet dynamic movement that improves energy flow throughout the body, eases tension, enhances awareness, and improves balance and strength. Zumba
One of the newest exercise crazes is the Zumba fitness program, an upbeat aerobic exercise workout done to Latin and international music.
